Ok so I set my account to vacation mode a few days ago. Now I come back and go off vacation mode and my profile says "Ranked #194 out of 194 sellers with 94.4% positive feedback from 28 transactions.". It does not make sense that I am ranked 194 out of 194 sellers with all but two transactions out of 28 with 5 of 5 ratings. I am even rated lower than a seller rated at 89.4% who only sold nine items with two 1 of 5 feedbacks in their history. This chick would like her nice 61 of 194 back :-*

I dropped from a 99 to a 98 overnight for no reason either.

Going from 60's to 194 is no good man...... Gotta be a issue......

I've noticed a lot of glitches. Sometimes they automatically correct in time, sometimes they don't.
I feel like yours will correct.

I have asked SR about this since it struck me as unusual at some points, but the rating system and the ranking system, are based on a weighed average. The more BTC every transaction was worth, the more it weighs. Freshness of the transactions also add weight, which means that if you go off for a while your ranking will drop.
There is a lot to debate about how the perfect ranking system should be set up, but I believe people look after a >90 ranking and look at the comments instead of their ranking. SR recently adjusted the ranking system, let's give them some slack :)

we re-rank ever 4 hours or so, so if you come back from vacation, it can take that long before you are put back in the right spot.

Mine was the same for 24 hours when I got back from vacation. I was dead last for a full day, then back up into the 40's.
