Title: password recovery

I changed my password this morning and logged out, came back later in the day and my new password no longer works or my old password. Is there any possible way to recover it or do I have to sign up all over again? I have open orders with the account.

just make a new account and message us about it.  include any details about your account that you can such as balances and open orders.  we'll send a password reset to the new account
