Quantummods - I already requested that you PM me the details of this in one of the other threads you post this in. You have not done this. Les than %1 of the userbase if affected by this bug so it is being handled on a case by case basis until the root cause is found. I cant do anything if you are unable to follow my instructions by providing me with this data. I will be locking this topic so that you don't "bump" it. Please do as I have asked and PM me if you want resolution.
