What you guys need to understand is that every time someone doesn't receive their order, it was light, late etc...Someone claims a scam. We look into each one as we take banning a vendor VERY seriously, but gathering all this information to make an informed decision takes time. The more time I take to respond in multiple places to the same complaint by the same user, the less time I can take to look into the matters.
