Agreed. What I meant by that was since the substances appeared to be obtained from the old road, trying to place blame on a vendor operating within the new SR would turn into a witch hunt. Had he gotten the drugs from the new road, then I would definitely be for finding the bloody scammer.

I think make more sense that he got the stuff from the new road, why would he get something from the old road and consume it after 6 or more weeks?
how do you know that he got the stuff from the old road?

Because it was dated on November the 14th. The day after the market was available for sales. That would be an impressive turn-around time had it been the new road.

I don't think it would be best to start a witch hunt. If I am reading the article correctly, the Methylone he purchased would have been from the old road. Had the feds not seized the site, finding the vendor responsible for this would be a possibility. Unfortunately, the only way for the poor kid's friends/family to locate that person would be to appeal to the FBI.

This kid's death is yet another tragic causality of the war on drugs. Thank you for looking into it Infinity, but Patrick's blood is on the government's hands just as much as the vendors.

+1 for the investigation of it.

Orders are still displayed following finalizing. Once the functionality is enabled, those orders (both for vendor and buyer) will count towards stats.

I have not tried, but am certain that I could impersonate forum visitors with this cookie. No idea why it's happening on the forum end, unfortunately..

Anyone know under what conditions Simple Machines forum might stuff a cookie into a GET param?

Even if you turn off cookies, the session ID will be provided in the URL itself if you are doing something like making profile changes. Despite having the ID, it cant be used to impersonate a given user as the ID has to match the session itself. You are describing a CSRF attack which SMF does a pretty good job of defending against.

I am seeing the first bug as resolved. New messages are being numbered in the banner as well as enumerated in the chain.

The second one that you are reporting "one of my messages to a vendor is actually lumped under my name and another message to a different vendor appears under their name." is not a bug at all. Messages are grouped as conversations. So long as the subject is the same, messages sent/received from the same user will be placed together.

Problem is, if they don't succeed, they are putting themselves at risk for LE. If they manage to get an order, it poses a threat to the vendor.
