How exactly does retainer work? Is it like a deposit, or are you actually paying a fee every month or something so they will make you a priority if you need them

I wouldn't say take his advice doc. The post asked for a list of markets, which Loki provided. Just passing on the list. People need to make up their own mind where to spend or potentially lose their money. I, for one, will stick with SR2, and my old SR1 vendor I now work with off the Road. Too much sketchiness abounds these days to branch out to other markets without some foundation.
You know people make fun but DPR is a personal hero of mine. It takes guts to do what he's doing knowing what happened and is happening to the guy before. He certainly has his shit together more than his that's for sure.
