Quite brilliant misinformation tactic actually. The first line obviously refers to Ross which can be taken one of two ways:

1. Ross was the second DPR, not the original one.
2. Ross was his second in command, meaning the title never passed.

This isn't the first time DPR has spoken in Danish either. He had a quote on his signature before the market opened in Danish that translated into something about licking honey and bees.
