Actually, you still haven't specified which account posted what topic/post in which forum. So "A post was deleted at some point" doesn't help much.
As for the GrammarNazi account acting strangely, I added the account to a list we often add trolls to which makes things much more difficult for them.

I think vendors (with "vendor" forum status) telling customers about their own specific alternative (backup) locations should be treated differently than general advertisements for markets. Actual vendors are unlikely to post scam site URLs. Maybe only allow it in particular places like review threads created by the Vendor or ... Just my thoughts.
Yes this question was posed in the same thread i stickied in Off Topic actually. Vendors that have links to their other accounts on different markets in their signatures is perfectly alright.

Due to the recent influx of users coming here to advertise their own/others' markets, I wanted to lay out our policy on this.
Users are not to post links to other markets
Talking about them is perfectly fine as we believe competition is healthy and even necessary for the stability of the community. It appears that many are using the fact that the Silk Road has a large userbase to spam our forums with these links. Our responsibility is to this community and as such we are charged with keeping it safe. We have seen too many scams take place over the recent months to risk any of our members falling victim to one they found while browsing the Silk Road.
The moderators will be taking a firmer stance on this going forward and removing any URL found. If anyone sees one, please report the post and we will redact it.
