I feel I have to address this as it has come up several times.

We apologize for the delay in responses from support. Please understand that three of our staff members were arrested and those that have been brought on to backfill their positions do not yet have the same access that they once did. Defcon is already working to get this essential part of the market manned by the right people. There is a tremendous queue of support messages so sending multiple wont help and will only hinder others from getting aid. We appreciate your continued patience and please hang in there. You aren't forgotten.

A simple mixer was implemented last night. It appears to be causing some slow-down with deposits but they will get there eventually.
