Cloquet perhaps you don't fully understand the implications of what was done by Mr. Duke. At the time of his posting, it was not public knowledge that SSBD was Synergy. That alias was also not on his indictment. We hid this information since we could not know for sure if LE knew of this connection.
By posting a screenshot of DPR's statement, he not only exposed his source which is Rule 1 of journalism but also added another alias to SSBD's indictment which could cost him more of his life in prison.

What you guys need to understand is that every time someone doesn't receive their order, it was light, late etc...Someone claims a scam. We look into each one as we take banning a vendor VERY seriously, but gathering all this information to make an informed decision takes time.
The more time I take to respond in multiple places to the same complaint by the same user, the less time I can take to look into the matters. There are several vendors we are looking at closely and SimplyTheBest is one of them.
