We rebuilt the idea, but it takes time to get to the level of service you have all grown accustomed to of Silk Road 1.0. We will get there and we are going as fast as possible. Defcon is having to deal with emergencies as they pop up such as Withdraws/Deposits delays which took priority over feature pushes. The support UI should be in place soon and we will begin knocking these older issues out of the park with as much manpower as we can muster.
