If that winking smile means your not really sorry, than I feel you may have missed my point. You are wasting the time of 90% of the "everyone" you wanted to ensure read your post. A subject such as "Be aware, Today's a postal holiday" would have done it and saved SR's servers and members a lot of wasteful page loading.
If your apology was sincere, than I apologize for belaboring the point :-)

Hmm...The servers are fine and you are the only one complaining about the title. Move on with your life.

Thanks for posting this. The vendors that are seeing this do not actually meet the requirements for a bond refund so for those that seeit, please dont hit cancel or your account could be reverted to buyer status.

Scammers have become more prevalent nowadays with more and more buyers willing to FE. We have plenty of vendors under investigation as we dont simply ban them after a user reports a bad experience. Once we are sure they are scamming, the account is banned.

The insuffcient funds error is simple to get around. Simply drop off a miniscule amount off the end. Instead of withdrawing 0.123456, try 0.123455.

Deposits and withdraws are working much faster at this point and is continuing to be improved. At the moment they are having a small delay due to high server traffic.

Whomp - Stop spamming every topic with your issue. It will not produce the results you are looking for.

The best workaround that has proven to be successful is to right-click on the captcha and select "View Image Info". The new window that displays will show the correct captcha image regardless of whether or not it matches the one being displayed on the login page.

This workaround tells us a lot about the root cause of the issue so hopefully we can implement a fix soon.

I have added this to the known bug list as the best known workaround.
