i make the posts that i make because they are necessary to the road.

You make posts because they are necessary to yourself (and your 35 quid). I gave you two very good options to work with and you chose neither. What exactly more do you want from me? I have many more important things to work on and giving your 35 pounds more attention than I already have is getting counter-productive.

Believe me, we are looking into ways to at least temporarily enable AF to clear out the old orders. We just have to make sure there are no disputes on an order before it is processed automatically.

It is highly unlikely that you will have any repercussions at this point. LE only had a snapshot of roughly a 2-3 month period. This risk cannot be ruled out %100 though, but that is the case for any buyer/vendor.

Defcon was endorsed by DPR long prior to his departure. He is not "Never heard of". Hux (not Hex) has been around since the beginning and as he is one of the devs, there is a good reason you have never heard of him.

All of us who have been recently promoted have been around for quite awhile. Some of us under new names. Some of us were part of the contingency plan put in place by DPR. So my question to you is: What exactly are you cautioning people of? I don't see how any of what you are saying makes any sense.

The "brand new mod" isnt a mod, hes a developer who risked his skin coming to these forums to quell all you tinfoil hat wearing idiots. He's exposed himself to stylometry now just to appease you twats.

Would you all REALLY rather Defcon and the lot of them be here licking your asses or would you like them working on the bugs you INCESSANTLY bitch about?

I feel for these guys sometimes its as if theyre damned if they do, damned if they don't with you ungrateful fucking pricks.

THIS IS NOT SAINSBURY'S OR MCDONALD's - this is an ILLEGAL DARKNET MARKETPLACE where these people literaally put their necks out to provide you a fucking service that you obviously want or you wouldnt spend all day on these forums.

Cirrus is an original mod is he not? I don't know if you recall but the rest of them were PINCHED and Synergy still sits in a jail cell like a fucking dog due to the sacrifice he made for you.

Suck it up. MAN UP. I'm so tired of you whining asshats.

CHEERS (Not really.)

Nero.

+1, couldn't have said it better myself.

That being said, given the ridiculous amount of money buyers invest into SR on any given day, and given the fact that mods are being paid by the commissions from these investments, I feel like some accountability from Admin in the form of simple communication on the forums is not a whole lot to ask for and should be expected, especially when there still seem to be so many issues with the Road. Obviously this is not eBay, but its also not exactly a nonprofit organization either...

Often times, we speak on their behalf. This way, Defcon, Hux, etc...can continue working on the market while we update the public. Just because it isn't coming directly from Defcon, doesn't mean they aren't his words.

Your post essentially boils down to "Mods from SR1 arrested". The site is not compromised. Stop throwing random FUD out there for no reason.

Haha dammit Hux. Stop mucking about in the forums. Leave that to us.

Well, Nick. This isn't Walmart. We don't give out gift cards.

Seeing as you have mainly been talking to yourself, I will respond to your second post first.

You can create a new account in which to deposit/buy/withdraw for the time being until the fix is implemented for the negative balance issue. As opposed to your rather elaborate scenario of one of us "verifying you have money in your first account", you can simply decide which account to use going forward when it is fixed to display the proper balance. At that point, you can move the funds over to your new account or resume using your old one. If there are funds remaining in your new account, move them to the old and carry on.

I don't know why you are under the impression that you can only use one account at a time by "abandoning your original". This is a pretty simple workaround for continuing to use the Silk Road for a buyer experiencing this issue. We have made it fairly obvious at this point that we have no intention of stealing anyone's money and declaring "tough luck".

That being said, if your third response to yourself is more accurate and you wont be depositing money into any account, new or old. Then disregard everything I just said and stop complaining as if you have no other option.

Product Requests / Re: WANTED BY DPR2: More Harm Reduction Vendors

Apologies. Moved it to the wrong board. I will place it in requests.

I don t understand why such a minor issue can cause so many delays/bugs that needs ages to be fixed.

staff upgraded buyer acc to vendor with a mouse click,so why can t they do it again??why is this a bug??

vendor rebuy the bonds and get their acc back, simple.

I assure you it is not that simple.

They are processed in batches so while some may take 24 hours, others can take a week. Just be patient and your account will be upgraded. Use the time to get your product images, listings, profile, prices, etc...all typed up and put together so that once it is processed, you can begin vending straight away.
