So long as you encrypted it to their key, it will work fine. PGP encrypts/decrypts across clients.

Mainly because the list contained recommendations, not rules to abide by. A buyer is and should be making up their own minds on who to purchase from.
Why this is something I need to explain to a vendor is as perplexing as their concern over the list in the first place.

Dingwall - You were bumping threads from October and November for no apparent reason. I've looked through the moderation log and you aren't being "shut up". It should be evident by the fact that threads like this continue to carry on that we are not censoring anyone.
You are simply lying in order to spread FUD. The same goes for the handful of accounts that are posting topics such as these and filling up the board. If you guys are so convinced that Silk Road is not trustworthy, a scam, useless etc...then why stay? There are plenty of other markets that could possibly fulfill your desires.

Actually it's used as a centralized location for the devs to see current outstanding issues and their priority so that they don't have to read through each individual bug report.
As for those saying that they have no pending amounts at all, "inaccurate" simply means that it is not what you are expecting to see. This includes seeing nothing at all.

The list will be staying where it is. The vendor is doing a service to help out buyers and is simply using criteria based on El Presidente's directory.
Just curious, what if I was the doing the work instead of HE? The same criteria, same directory, same everything. Just place me instead of the vendor running it currently. How would you guys feel about the list then?
