You will likely see this if we see duplicate tickets from the same user about the same issue and merge them. Please don't submit multiple tickets.

If you are referring to new accounts that dont have deposit addresses yet, just hit "check deposit addresses for new deposits" on the account page.

Ok looks like it isn't affecting the vendor link. The server is getting hit pretty hard so it's just high load.

Please make sure that once you have 1-2 confirmations on the blockchain, you hit "check deposit addresses for new deposits".

As Defcon stated, no deposit or withdraw is lost. More than likely, the transaction will be deleted and your account will appear as though it never took place. At that point, you can simply withdraw the funds again.

We don't want to promise something if we cant deliver on it. Some vendors may have had no pending balances at all, some may not have enough to cover the losses of their victims and others may have actually sent out orders prior to beginning scamming.
I can promise that we will try our best to reimburse victims if the vendor had pending balances, it just wont be anything immediate. You need to understand that.
