Title: Checking possible customer feedback

Sorry if this post is repeated!

How can we check a possible customer feedback?

We had a customer asking a question but when we click on their user name all we get is a reply window. We would like to check customer history? Is this possible at all??

They need to place an order from you first, then you see their buyer stats.

Or alternatively you can ask them to send you them in a PM.

Is there any place to search for this kind of info on SR? I'm asking so that I don't have to keep asking possibly silly questions (like this one) here that I can get answers to myself.
