I am on day seven now, just replied to the email this morning so hopefully it wont take too long as I want to stock up for next weekend.

Good Luck , I've sent numerous requests for my new PIN and nada!

Same issue here! I have sent numerous messages and have not received so much as a single reply. This is BS as far as I'm concerned...
When setting the PIN we were told that it was ONLY to be required when making withdrawals or sending direct transfers (netiher of which I ever plan to do)....NOT for making general purchases.
My opinion of SR administration has been extremely tarnished because of this ridiculous situation...at a minimum, we, as customers of SR, deserve replies to our messages/questions.

if you didn't plan on withdrawing or transferring coins, why didn't you just set it as blank, then there is nothing to remember if you need it for additional tasks in the future!

That's exactly what we did.(or at least what I did). I joined SR when there was no PIN, was never asked to set one up, and I never really needed one anyways since all I did was just purchasing. But, SR changed policy without letting us know before hand and now you are required to have PIN to make purchases. So, my PIN should be blank because I never touched PIN, but system says blank is NOT my PIN and I somehow magically have to figure out what it is with 5 attempts. Then wait another 7 days to get new PIN...which is not happening for some of us.

if you were never asked for a PIN, it is likely that a phisher set one for you. everyone was asked to set one after it was implemented the next time they logged in. If you don't have any coins in your account, you can either go through the steps to reset you PIN, or set up a new account to use. If you do have coins in that account, you should DEFINITELY lock yourself out now so the phisher who set your PIN can't get to them, then go through the steps to reset it.

After waiting the initial week I contacted SR admin to reset my PIN, it took them around 20 hours to respond, but the problem was solved. Just give them time, it seems like they are getting a lot of these requests.

SR Support's messages are cleared. Don't know what you are talking about. The admin have been hard at work receiving 400 - 700 messages ever 24 hours. The only way I could see that happening is when asked to wait the 7 days then respond, you responded early so the marked your message as read, and then you didn't reply again at the 7 day mark. Other than that, all messages have been answered.
