Fellas are there any extra fees before I buy enough bitcoins for my silkroad purchase? Like shipping or transaction fees? My product costs just under 17 bitcoins.

Most Vendors have shipping that is selected when adding it to your shopping cart. Also because buying BTC takes a few days to process it's generally better to buy a few extra in case of fluctuation in the value.
