Title: 0 out of 5 rating? I didnt even know that was possible.

the buyer told me the feedback thing glitched out on him, he previously left a 5 of 5 but wanted to edit what he said.

then this shit happened.

rating   feedback   item   freshness
0 of 5   0           item  21 hours


has this happened before? im not in a rush to contact SR but i will if this is just going to stay like that. last night i was at 98 and today 97 cause of this 0.

Buyer should be able to edit it any time he wants.
He just has to go under SR Account page>View feedback>Edit it.

i know nomad, i asked him to keep trying to edit it. he seemed very pleased so im sure its not his intention.


im mainly just tripping out on the 0 out of 5. how does that happen?

Happened to me - someone changed from 4/5 to 5/5 and the gltich set it to 0/5..

Contacted SR.

That happened to me when I attempted to edit feedback, I find that when I edit feedback it takes me to a blank page when I hit submit and best bet is to simply close that page and the feedback will remain. Refreshing or hitting the back button on that blank page resulted in the 0/5 rating.

But I just went back and changed it. In your case, I'll echo the suggestion to contact SR.

i contacted SR and they said that it happens and its a bug they cant figure out. they also asked me if i had asked the buyer to try to change it, which of course i have so it just a waiting game i suppose.


if he doesnt change it in a few days i wonder what will happen ???
