Got it out within 24 hours, excellent at communicating, and it actually arrived a day early. I'd also say his packaging (at least for me) was top 5 best when it comes to pills.

I too received a perfect order from TUS. Pills were fresh and well packaged. I expect shipment within 24 hours and TheUsualSuspect comes through in this regard as well. For those of us on the west coast, this gives a superlative Time in Transit number, a highly weighted value in my feedback generating equation ;).

Hello everybody and welcome back! Lets all take this cautiously and re-remind ourselves about security, maybe even take the time to learn a little more about how to be more secure. There is always room for improvement, nobody is perfect. Let us all take this forum crazyness and the extended site outage as a chance to reflect on perhaps some of our reckless behavior. I am definitely not speaking to anyone in particular. I am just taking the opportunity to remind everybody and myself to never get too comfortable. Take the time and read everything you can. There is a lot of good information here and on SR, as well as other sites. You don't have to be a computer geek or tech savvy to read up on security, PGP, TOR, and the like. I have been seeing a lot of unencrypted addresses. I don't have a big problem with that, but you as buyers really should take advantage of the extra layer of security provided by PGP. It only takes a bit of time to learn how to encrypt your address for a vendor when their public key is on their profile page, and you really shouldn't be ordering from any vendor without reading their entire profile page. If you don't understand something, message them. Give them a day or even 2 to get back to you, especially over the weekend. Some vendors just log in really quick over the weekend to look at things and reply to urgent messages since they can't ship (you can ship on Saturday and it might get collected but most of the time it ends up being like you mailed it on Monday morning.) I'm guessing since I think many if not most vendors have regular jobs, not to mention lives like everybody else.
Another note about security: all users should look into TAILS and Liberte Linux on an inexpensive encrypted USB thumb drive you can just destroy if you think your security has been compromised. Just a thought and remember; it takes only a bit of time to read and learn about something now when you compare it to the time you could spend elsewhere where you would have nothing but time to read and learn. End of my rant. Now on to my valued customers.
I have been unable to get a reliable connection to SR or the forums until this evening. I will ship all existing orders tonight. Even though things have been beyond my control, everyone will receive a little extra as compensation for having to wait so long. I have put my profile on vacation mode so that I can fill my existing orders and then I will check inventory and put my listings back up. Should be sometime tonight. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused anybody. Don't worry; I don't plan on bailing out here. Just going to be very cautious from now on (not that I was reckless before.)

I just placed my first order and chose to use TUS as my vendor. Im hoping all goes well wich i feel confident that it will being his reputation seems very good. Unfortunatelly i didnt read this thread untill after i placed my order and i did not use PGP. Hope it isnt a problem being as its something im unfamiliar with. Ill be sure to post back with a reveiw in a couple days when my package arrives. maybe ill have learned to use PGP by then

I'm in awe myself, order placed on Sunday, got here Tuesday (Could have even been earlier, as I wasn't able to check on Monday). Excellent product and great prices - as well as the best packaging I've seen since being here on SR. Very appreciative, highly recommend. =D

Placed my first order with TUS on Sunday 01/08. Received shipping notification on 01/10 (hoped it would have gone out 01/09). Today 01/11 received a tracking number from TUSas I paid for the Express shipping and very alarmingly I see this message (No I didn't track it through TOR):
"Your Item's Status- Your item was misrouted. The error has been corrected and every effort is being made to deliver it as soon as possible. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later." The detailed view reveals that it was processed initially by USPS yesterday (01/10) and that today (less than 24hrs later) the status is listed as "missent".
Anyone experience this before? I've been on SR a very long time and I have never had a package get lost or confiscated ::knock on wood::

I feel quite confident that I gave the correct address. I didn't save the encrypted message so I can't double-check to be 100% certain but I always double-check before I encrypt and send. It's possible but unlikely that the address was wrong on my end. Obviously I'd bet my order that it was correct.
The other odd thing to me is that it was immediately "missent". I mean, less than 24 hours later and it doesn't appear to have even left the USPS of origin.

thats never happened to me, but equally strange things have... which have led me to take the tracking info from usps with a grain of salt. i have had packages from here get scanned through the same facility every day for five days straight. if they say the error has been corrected though, it is probably on its way to you.

After hearing from a few people, apparently DCNs are not the most reliable tracking system so I shouldn't take them too seriously.
Oh well, I don't suppose I should have expected reliable service from the government. After all, if they were very good at what they do then none of us would be here. ;D

About 15 hours from order to delivery. By far the fastest I've ever received an order, and a good price on something that I had been looking for. Had an interesting adventure with the postal service actually getting the package, but it's something now I am looking back on and laughing at. (No, I'm not going to post what it was - TUS, I hope you get a good laugh - in retrospect, the absurdity of the situation is pretty amusing.)

Ordered from TUS twice. Both were products my friends still talk about weeks later. Both came way fast. TUS is great, and whoever is growing the cannabis he sells is one of the best IMO. Quality is put into the smokability, not the sellability. I typically vaporize,but these were the least offensive buds I've ever smoked. (anyone who vapes regularly will tell you its hard to go back to smoking)
I always check in to see if he's carrying a Sativa dominant strain (what I use), I'd rather buy from him than anyone else.

I placed two sizable orders with TUS a while back.
While I admit I was a little hesitant about not going with one of the big guns (Pharmville) for my pill fix, TUS pulled through on par with PV - and he replied to my messages quickly.
His packaging was superb - at least as good as PV.
I was overall very happy with his service.

I've had two orders with TUS and both have been very enjoyable. Shipping was so fast... mailed tuesday received thursday! Very good packaging. I really love receiving packages like these.
As for the product, the first time I tried Trainwreck which was an awesome type of dense bud that I truly enjoyed. The latest stuff I've tried is the Blue Dragon which is great but it's just not my favorite type because it's a bit fluffy in comparison to the other stuff I have. Either way, I'm satisfied with the overall experience and will continue to do business in the future.

Just got my order from TUS today 8) and I agree with everyone here. super fast. It actually got here a day before I expected it. The packaging was cool too. Im waiting for them to restock so I can order again.

I'm waiting for some money to move into my SR account, planning on buying he 3g's of solid hash oil w/FE discount...
But now he only lists 1, 6, and 10 gram sizes. (and the FE discount is only present for 6 and 10 gram sizes)
I'm hoping all the 3's sold out, and that this doesn't reflect his new selling pattern... 3g's for $85 was the perfect price point for me. I don't want to have to come up with another $80 to get the 6g size, and buying 3x1's would cost me a lot more than his 3g listing.
His profile says he's currently dealing with a lot of shit, I respect that, but TUS, if you read this, please consider continuing a 3g with FE discount size! I would be an avid customer - and I have multiple successful transactions, too! :)
PS: Your bonus gram of shake is what hooked me. That's a brilliant idea, and I would be completely willing to only buy from you for my dankness needs if I could get 3g's of oil and 3g's of shake for $85. That is a godly deal.

One time when I had ordered something legit from a site and checked the DCN it said that it was lost in an entirely different state 2 years ago.
I believe sometimes the numbers get reused (or their db admins / coders are retardo)

Sup guys, just poppin in to vouch for TUS.
One of the mail routes he uses is notorious for being slow with packages. You can find tons of threads on eBay complaining about this *specific* post office (not gonna name names obviously) being slow.
I placed an order with him a couple months back, and he shipped it in two parcels from two different postal locations.
One parcel took 10 days to travel 150 miles (from the aforementioned post office) the other arrived in about 2 days.

This was resolved for me already. USPS dcns apparently have a reputation for being unreliable. The DCN I had was not reused. The government just sucks at everything including mail.

I'm impressed, and suspect he got your order sent, at the very latest, with mine.
Remember, when he re-listed items, he listed 2. So he probably wasn't up to handling much volume, but wanted to show that he was still in business.

I've been on SR for about a year. I have used a lot of vendors for a lot of things. I understand that shit happens. That's life and although I am honest about the details of transactions, I am forgiving when life happens. TUS has awesome product and has apparently made a lot of people happy. I can only tell you what my experience has been.
My first experience with TUS was an Express shipping package (you can read the details in the beginning of this thread). TUS mislabelled with the wrong ZIP code and my Express package took much longer to arrive. After an entire month of PMing TUS (who posted publicly that he'd refund the shipping fee charged for delayed Express shipments) he finally gave me a shipping refund. Although the time this took was pushing the limits of reasonable patience, TUS made good and I thanked him accordingly.
On Feb 22, I placed an Early Finalize Special order for 1/2oz Blue Dragon. Domestic USPS Priority shipping times are 3-5 days. Typically where I am I get Priority in 3 days from almost any shipping origin.
On Feb 29 (7 days after ordering) I still had received nothing and I posted that to the forum here (http://dkn255hz262ypmii.onion/index.php?topic=1838.msg131862#msg131862)
Later on Feb 29, I found the note on TUS profile saying he had a personal emergency and I posted it here so that everyone would give TUS the benefit of the doubt and have some explanation (http://dkn255hz262ypmii.onion/index.php?topic=1838.msg132323#msg132323). I understand. Shit happens. To help other frustrated customers waiting on orders get the full info, I made another post here with TUS's note. In the same note, TUS said that he had shipped all late orders and apologized for the delay.
I sent TUS a PM explaining that I am sorry for his trouble and asking if he can verify whether my package (ordered 02/22) had been shipped before or after his emergency so that I can determine when it may arrive. TUS hasn't replied.
It is now 3/3, 2 days since I PM'd TUS and 5 days since claiming he sent all late packs and I have gotten no response. However, TUS posts here to the forum (http://dkn255hz262ypmii.onion/index.php?topic=1838.msg135226#msg135226) apologizing, saying he's responded to all pertinent PMs (I guess mine wasn't pertinent) and again saying to PM him if you have issues.
I remind you that USPS is 3-5 days and usually 3 to where I am. If TUS sent my pack on 2/29 AFTER the emergency as he claims, then I should have gotten the pack today. But I have absolutely no idea when TUS sent my pack (ordered now 10 days ago) because I have gotten no communication from TUS other than these public announcements which in my case have been nothing more than hollow reassurances.
As much as I love the plant, I also use it to manage my depression, anxiety, and pain. I have had to turn to using pharmaceuticals in the meantime (which I don't prefer) that give me shitty side effects. I have also had to turn away by hard-earned IRL customers which means losing money and possibly future business.
I'm a laid back dude. I heap praise on the good vendors. I love Silk Road and have done what I can to make sure that my fellow buyers and vendors are getting the most accurate information possible. I understand that shit happens. Anybody can have good weed, but the best vendors are the ones that go beyond paying lip service to customer satisfaction. Anybody can make forum and profile updates saying they're sorry.

I've sent TUS another PM asking for status and confirmation of exactly WHEN my package was sent. I don't like writing up critical posts like this, but as an active member of the community I feel an obligation to let people know what my experiences are GOOD and BAD as well as when there is a seeming disconnect between what vendors are saying in the forum and on their profile and what they're actually doing.

Please accept my apology and don't feel bad about posting factual accounts of goings on here. It is only when people lie and or fight like children when an apology for a post is in order. The fault lies all on my side of the line and I accept it willingly.

By the time I got done editing and posting this critique, TUS responded to my PM with an apology and a DCN. He also explained that he welcomes and appreciates the critical comments when they're due. I'm a fair and forgiving person and I appreciate TUS's coolness in spite of everything and gracious acceptance of my criticism.
I give credit and criticism where they're due and all I hope is that it helps us all make better decisions and progress as a community. I'm still looking forward to the arrival of the Blue Dragon and I will continue to update as things unfold. TUS will remain on my vendor "short list" but I will likely use some other vendors until things settle back down for TUS and feedback about shipping becomes consistent again.

Apology accepted and taking the time for things like this, staying cool about them is one sign of a great vendor.
For any new buyers and vendors navigating Silk Road, ^^^ this is how it's done. Not that bickering flame war bullshit you learned on 4chan.
If you can't communicate civilly with each other or just have a fundamental disagreement of premises, then turn the dispute over to SR staff's resolution and arbitration process. But for mature adults and decent people this is how things should go down.

I ordered the candy hash last week which was supposed to come with an equal amount of shake. I forgot about the shake and so did TUS, until he pm'd me apologizing for forgetting it and offering to ship it at no charge to me. I was so impressed at his honesty I purchased an oz. of the trainwreck. TUS is as good of a vendor as we have on SR>

I placed an order early yesterday morning for a deal he deleted within a few hours afterwards, it was a FE sale and i've yet to get the option to finalize. I've PM'd him a couple of times over the past 24 hours to no avail. I've never used TUS before and i'm starting to get a bit wary, strictly because he DOES have such high feedback. I wouldn't expect this kind of thing from such a reputable vendor, and have asked him to go ahead an cancel the order since it seems like he ran out of inventory... I'd really just like my coin back ASAP so I can spend it with another vendor. Unfortunately i'm impatient and won't likely use TUS again.

I still haven't heard from him, nor has he read the messages I sent. I think the "was last seen" thing on vendors' pages is total BS and broken. Don't think TUS has logged in for a few days.
From what I can tell on this forum and the feedback, everything points to him being one of the better vendors here and total stand up dude. Probably something personal came up and i'm more than willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.
That being so, I might cancel my order and go with another vendor. My order has been 'processing' since Sunday and I was hoping to have my goodies my this weekend. Oh well. :-\

Also just noticed that my order was hedged. I was hoping that if I did have to cancel, at least I would have benefited from the spike in BTC prices over the past two days. No ones fault, but I was telling myself that would be the upside in waiting. Doube oh well :-\

First time poster here. This was my experience with TheUsualSuspect. I placed an order for something that required an early finalization to receive the discount price. At the time of my order I had made only 2 purchases with no problems and no refunds. I read his entire page of ranting before ordering. I followed all the rules, encrypted my address yet he cancelled my order without comment. It was my real address, it was my real name, if he had googled it he would have seen that the address and name were 100% real because I don't give a fuck if a seller knows my name or where I live. Then I look and noticed that he relisted the same item at a cheaper price. I also noticed that several people apparently ordered the same item and never received it. He admits on his seller page that he had the item taken from him which I knew. Since he listed it again I assumed that he had more. Anyway with the refund I lost 1.75 BTC on an order that was under 20 BTC. About $9. Fuck the money, I'm not worried about it. I completely understand that he can refuse to sell to anyone he wants. That doesn't mean that I have to be happy about it. The listing stated that I would receive a message telling me to finalize before shipment, no message. Also the status of the order never changed so that I could finalize. Basically I was going to give him money without knowing if the item was sent or not and I was cool with that. Why would someone cancel guaranteed money and then relist the item? Do I get to rate someone who cancels an order? Does the cancellation count towards my "refunds" stats? If so then it has the added effect of screwing my buyer rating. Did it add to his completed transactions? Trying to understand the motive. Bottom line: He has the right to cancel any transaction and I have the right to be upset about it if I want to, and I am. Expect to be hearing more from me around here because I am not going anywhere.

Seems like something is up with TUS if this many people are coming out of the woodwork. Hopefully everything is okay with him and everyones coins are safe as well.
I guess we all just need to sit back, wait, and hope for the best.

My product has been in processing for about 36 hours. Not sure he is responding to anything right now. Hopefully he's alright and gets the goods sent to us

It's been a week since I purchased from him, finalized early per sale terms(seller with great record, top 10%) and got it sent out priority mail.
Still hasn't arrived. No response from vendor requesting DCN or any updates whatsoever.
Kinda making me nervous that he is cold shouldering everyone else, too.
Maybe he's just busy and didn't get it sent out, or maybe he's pulling a selective scam/hybridmike.
We'll see....

just my luck, i had trouble with depositing bitcoins (hidden fees) and lost a couple days. Now this?? its been about 3 days. At least cancel the fucking order so I can go buy something else. I don't care if I don't get a reason for why. I see he pulled the blue dragon listings, so he has logged on but hasn't responded to messages or provided any explanation. Regardless of his answer, I will not purchase from him again. Mistakes are annoying. I could care less about the product now. there's plenty selection and I see new more favorable listings that I cannot choose from because my coins are waiting in escrow. I was naive to ignore the issue with his supply of Blue Dream. Zero tolerance now when I select vendors, any past issues I will avoid, regardless of current status. Silkroad is getting more popular and there is no need to settle at all.
What I don't understand is his motivation. He didn't really take my money I think, I did lose 1.75 BTC because he hedged it then cancelled after it went up (the transaction was less than 20 BTC). I don't think he personally got 1.75 BTC, I think SR did. One other thing he did get however was my name/address, IDGAF but some people might.

Just because a listing disappeared doesn't mean he removed it. If there was a limited quantity available and it was all purchased the listing goes away. Sellers have lives beyond silk road and as far as TUS goes, I can vouch for his validity and quality of product. If you have ordered from him, everything will be alright.

okay i may have been harsh, but its just i choose this guy over other sellers. i just had higher expectations. not like i can do anything but wait anyway.

He cancelled my order and I lost some bitcoin ( I budget my deposits). Disregard my previous message, my mind has changed. Now I cannot afford the other bud(same quantity and I could of brought that instead of blue dragon). And if he lists the blue dragon at the same price, I won't be able to afford it either. This is some bullshit. I'll give him till the end of the day to respond to my message i sent earlier this week. He mentioned he would make it up to everyone, but I don't know what that means. If no response, I'm going to purchase some item of his and hes going to get a low rating and an explanation for it. Figure out that shit with your supplier, I dont know how you can tolerate that. This is the second time that I know of, where he's had his bud taken back.

He just got out of the hospital 2 days ago. Cool your jets dude. Shit people need to learn to wait. This isn't Amazon! (even though we wish it was!) My order just went out yesterday, so Give him a few days to recover. If he comes highly recommended by Nomad, he's obviously doing something right when he feels better!

Well, I've only completed one small order w/ him, but it got here in 2 days and was a wonderful experience. Right now, he is my go to guy for certain items. Just put in a larger one, he said he made a mistake and was going to change some things around to make it right. I have no worries at all that this will go smooth, but if it doesn't, I'll let you know.

I'm starting to loose hope as well, I know no vendor wants to have upset customers but sometimes that's the name of the game , but between hustler to hustler a little common curiosity (i know I prolly spelled it wrong) would be nice he has not even checked my message to "update" my shipping info, I know its my fault for finalizing early some would say but this is a reputable vendor we are talking about. I usually dont post in the forum unless I have a bad need to. I have some words on my experience to help others. This is the sixth order on the SR. All orders I researched the sellers, checked feedback, did my homework. I ordered two 1/8's from Un-disclosed sellers and an 1/8 of mushrooms (on 3/19 or actually at the early 3/20 in bright AM) for this weekend for my seasonal trip to clear my head.
Two out of three orders (All BUT the usual suspect's) arrived last Saturday (3/24). I sent all sellers a message and actually tipped the first bud guy b/c of the quality. The Usual Suspect messaged me back offering the DCN or whatever. I declined due to his feedback, and had already taken advantage of hit FINALIZE EARLY SALE, so figured I had no more to loose. Today is day number 10, I have sent him over 5 messages, lost my temper last night after getting home from work AGAIN, and he still wont bother to reach out to me.
I truly have a bad feeling, and this is my first SR seller who has screwed me. I find it funny that he has good feedback, I bought on the Finalize Early thread, and I was screwed. I hope that is not in his character but those pieces make sense to me.
So to all, I placed order, got one message back last week, and have no order and communication. I do not know him as a person, but in the business sense, I would suggest people do not use his as a source till buyers like the one above me and myself get a resolution, I feel he is selectively, purposely or not ok with us not getting what we paid our hard earned money for. And that is truly upsetting. I will GLADLY update everyone once he reaches out, but I have been sending multiple messages a day, One could refer it as SPAM, but I am a paying customer who is being ignored and never got what I paid for.

I ordered from him a few months back and it was a silky smooth transaction, and at the time I had to problems recommending him to others.
Hopefully everything gets resolved without too much blood being spilled.

Three same happen to me but eventually got it.... I hate that shit to, when we pay and we see nothing the next day or next.... When i order meds i expect to havd meds according to shipping... So if i pay on Sunday i expect shipment Monday or Tuesday not wed or thurs... If that's the case list that in your profile.. so i can find a serious seller for serious buyer...

I am also in the same boat as everyone else. This transaction has sketched me out because I thought my package got nabbed by the cops but I actually feel better now to know that I'm not alone. Regardless, will not be ordering from again.

I also would like to say that I'm sure when the product does arrive it will be worth it, but I ordered my stuff on Sunday night and it was marked as shipped on Monday morning. And there is no way that priority shipping would take 6 days anywhere in the country. I'm looking forward to my product if it does arrive, but marking something as shipped when you have not shipped it yet is a little bit unprofessional.

As for everybody else, criticism of me is deserved. Everybody who has an outstanding order who has sent me a PM has received a response now. I will not leave even one person taken care of. I'm sorry for the late orders, but at most of you have not freaked out on me because your package took 3 days (like someone who was PMing me.
I sincerely apologize for the late orders and lack of response. And for the orders that have seemingly not went out, I will either re-ship or refund, even if you finalized early. Again I apologize from the bottom of my heart. I am a buyer here too, and I know what it is like to wait with anticipation for a goddie package, that is why it has given me a great deal of anxiety about getting my SR business back on track.
Orders that came in today or late yesterday will ship Monday morning. They are already packed and ready to go. Anybody who I need to do a reship for (if possible) will have their order go out first thing Monday as well, if they get my their address in time.
I have a thick skin so I can take the harsh words and the criticism is deserved but I have to say one thing: I hope that none of you ever get a debilitating illness and please do not ignore warning signs. Go to the doctor when you haven't felt like your self for 2 weeks or more. Doctors offices suck, I know but I might just be dead right now if it weren't for my loved ones forcing me to seek medical attention.

TUS - I freaked out on you too man - and I sincerely apologize. I am used to vendors talking to me. Your schedule prohibits constant communication. You should say something on your profile like "If you place an order, DO NOT PM ME unless 7 days has past". Along w/ something like you only ship 1 day a week. Something like that. That way, you don't have jackasses like me sending you a message every 2 days asking where you are .
I'm sorry. If I choose to order from you in the future, I'll be more patient. You won't recognize this name because it's not the same as my SR name, but I'm the guy that told you they were for my mom.

Month after original order so far. He could not find my DCN and promised to refund.
I offered re-ship, b/c all I wanted was to try his herb :)
He has not replied to last 5 messages or so. I do not feel he will. I was screwed out of my money at this point, his random replies that ended when the resolution was I never got mine :(
So my two cents is look up HappySmoke420. I ordered 1/8 of dank from TUS and HS420 same day. Never got TUS and he stopped replying. HS420 has been kind, friendly, and replied every 24 hours max.
I ordered an Oz from HS420 after trying his 1/8. Again, TUS never came and he never resolved it. In the end, well you review this thread and tell me I didnt get screwed man.
TUS seemed like a good person, his actions speak a far different story. Some users report good transactions, mine was HELL :(

This guy is awesome! I ordered the hash about a month ago and I do believe it arrived somewhere... Just not exactly in my mailbox! He provided a DCN for the first order and it did look very legit, but this guy offered a reship! I could not believe the service I received even with his recent illness I guess he had. I cant type out a new reply to all my posts regarding my order from TheUsualSuspect. So here is the breakdown:
I ordered, never came, couldn’t get ahold of him. Today he sent a sincere explanation and really showed amazing character on his part. He refunded the amount I paid and offered a little more even
In his explanation he touched on his illness, and how money is tight. I have had a similar situation in the family so could not accept anything over what I gave him.
Online, we see a pic of the product, read some reviews, and rarely get a feel for the sellers. Now due to the stupid laws, that is best, but from what I have read and seen, I would order from him again. Actually I want to and plan on it for some anxiety meds when I have to stop smoking. Yes this past few weeks was mad stressful, I got the feeling he was a good guy, but just couldn’t ever get a reply.
He resolved our issue %100 and gained a fan, even though I did not buy from him, I like the guy, and this from someone’s order who never arrived ;D
(I decided to leave MOST of my original posts up to keep people informed that, in due time, he stepped up and showed that there are honest and good hearted sellers on here, even when time passes and the world keeps spinning, TUS did alot of work to locate my order, let me know to feel safe an 1/8th was not floating around, and offered more in return other than my original payment total. I declined due to him stepping up and his explination)

I'll copy and paste because I just posted this in another thread about TUS. I am in a situation similar to fitness_n_herb's and truly believe he will make this right.
I ordered from TUS a while ago and received my letter quickly. However there was a slight hiccup somewhere along or miscommunication but TUS gave me his word he would make it right however, he was out of what I ordered. He looked up my order saw where he messed up and admitted to it and told me he'd make it right. I believed him now but hearing that you guys reached a resolution makes me feel even more confident this will be resolved. Thanks TUS, you seem to be a stand up guy I hope you get your health back.

There's another thread where some users/buyers say he asked them to FE after marking the order "in transit". I ordered from him on Sunday, when he still appeared to be active. It was Priority mail. I have yet to receive anything or hear back from him. I did not finalize early with him, but my order was marked as shipped almost immediately after ordering, so now I am waiting around on the "resolve" button to become available.
It just sucks to have those coins tied up during the sale. I heard he was having some health problems, so I hope he's okay. Just wish whomever he turned his selling duties over to would step up.

Well, I'll add my update to this thread since it seems to be more recently active.
Unaware of the recent troubles with TUS, and based on several previous transactions with him that went well, I placed an order on Monday 4/16. It remained in "processing" until I was able to cancel it yesterday 4/20.
I hope no one else makes the mistake of ordering from TUS since he seems to have gone AWOL. I also hope all is (more or less) okay with him regarding his health. :(

It's so sad when I see good vendors that I have place multiple orders with, given good feedback, and taken my time to write reviews here in the forums become unreliable at best and thieves at worst. TUS always seemed legit. Shit happens. I get it. But if you can't fulfill orders and provide good service then pull your listings and go handle your IRL shit that's preventing you from doing so.
I was just thinking about TUS yesterday because I friend brought back some bud from the NW that reminded me of his Blue Dragon.

The "resolve" button will be available to me in a couple days on my order with him. If SR support refunds my bitcoins, will it negatively impact my buying stats? If I get what I ordered over the weekend then I will have 7 orders under my belt. I don't want sellers to look at my stats and think I'm some kind of newbie scammer.

No, It won't effect your buyer stats at all. Also, if it's still processing you should be able to just cancel the order rather than having to open up a resolution.

TY, openyourhead, that's good to know. I can stop worrying about it now. And yeah, I would have canceled long before now if I'd had the option. Unfortunately, my order was switched from processing to in transit within minutes of placing it, so I've been waiting for the resolve option to come available so I could get my coins back and order from someone else!

I ordered from TUS several times. Never a problem. Then things started getting weird: FE requests with lower prices to encourage this, people helping him out due to "illness," and a general sadness and exhaustion entered his writings on his profile.
Something happened to this guy. If you followed his profile he, over the past six months went from a happy, positive dude to someone who, very candidly, admitted he had serious financial problems, was working too hard and had gotten into trouble with speed pills a few months ago. In fact, he has not been the same since he mentioned this in his profile and his depression was notable.
So please everyone give the guy a break.
I hope he his okay and only wish him the best.
He is one of the good guys. Lets hope he returns to SR soon.

I don't know what type of illness the dude has but I really hope he didn't kick the bucket. I have a hard time believing he meant to rip all of us off..he didn;t really walk away with a lot of money..if he was trying to scam I would assume he would have tried a little harder. However....I've been patiently waiting for over a month for the 30 valium the guy owes me (sent me 10 instead of 40 on accident, bought 4 of the 10 pill listings and I had FE for the sale price..he offered to refund my money for the 30 missing pills or to reship 40 to me with prioirty for free in 10-14 days when he was expecting to restock) That was over a month ago now and whoever it was that took over for him is either a complete moron, scumbag or maybe TUS passed away (I really hope not) and this person was extremely close to him and is grieving so much they decided SR was the least of their worries. When I checked his page today it said he last logged on today but there are no updates on his page... I hope all is well with him and everyone who got screwed over is reimbursed.

TUS and I had a mix up that lasted a month. He fixed it around when I lost hope, but was a stand up guy. Every penny back to me along with few kind messages (about two months ago)
I hope he is OK, he was a great guy when we spoke, he does not seem like he a guy who would all of us wrong.

I hear you. Personally I think the original TUS is not the one logging into the account and is, despite what he said, not managing his designated "helper" who took over the business very well.
Not a good sign at all. We may never see him again.
I just think TUS himself is not doing very well right now and unfortunately in his last days asked people to FE so some people may really get screwed.
This is another reason way sellers should NEVER require established buyers with good stat's to finalize early. Ever. NEVER.
Escrow is one of the best qualities of Silk Road. It should not be optional except for new buyers and those with high return rates. Sellers have little to fear from good buyers and FE is telling them they don't trust them from the start.
But this is another subject....
I just wish TUS the best and hope everything gets worked out. He was a perfect seller for a long time. You hate to see someone like that leave at at all let alone leave live this....

He ended up burning me then refunding me and being really cool about it. So I got no beef, but do believe the guy isnt in the best of health.
