Title: Incremental Transaction ID

Could we change the transaction ID from incremental to random.  It has been noted that you can track how many transactions per day or week happen on SR by simply looking at how many have happened between two orders.

I hadn't even noticed that before, but it does seem dangerous. Any propaganda campaigns used to encourage action against the market could cite an exact number of sales... better to leave mystery to it.
