Title: How does feedback work?

Stupid question I'm sure but how does feedback work? How do you get the numbers in brackets by your seller name and what does 97 opposed to 100 mean? I have 4 5/5 feedbacks now but no numbers, when do they start appearing?

The number in parentheses is your average rating. If I remember correctly it appears after your fifteenth rating.
