Title: Knowledge Forum

All right, I'm going to try this again. I suggest we open a forum specifically for writing up tutorials, guides, and lessons. Together we could quickly build a wealth of information, no more complaining about uneducated users we simply can link them to relevant articles.

Maybe the shipping forum could be changed to "Shipping and Security" and there could be tutorials and faqs stickied there?
