Some notes on smoking DMT ~ Fill a bowl (one you a decreeing for DMT - cause your going to taste DMT in it) 2/5 of the way full with your favorite heb ( I prefer cannabis) then lay down 50 mg of DMT and put just enough wed ontop to make tiny layer. Your bowl should now be 3/5 of the way full. Now smoke the bowl like it has hash on top, never letting the flame touch the bowl - hover the lighter over it. Take deep hits, and try to hold them for 10 - 15 seconds. Smoke the whole bowl, lay down and close your eyes, Enjoy For some you may feel a overwhelming pressure/force on your body (especially during come up) - remember - there is no way to overcome fear with out first knowing it. Next you may find yourself in a land of color, a wonderful landscape, distracted by your vision and trying to get your bearings. Don't. Instead go with each moment, with as little thought as possible releasing the full self into the situation allowing one to surpass the 5 physical sense and go beyond them - yes there are many sense beyond them This will all be indescribable, because our speech was written from inside the body/psyche and as such it is meant to describe and make sense of the semi-logical, and fit each description into a sense or senses. When you go beyond that, you go beyond what words can capture. Don't be afraid if you feel like you somewhat can't remember.
