Most Vendors have shipping that is selected when adding it to your shopping cart. Also because buying BTC takes a few days to process it's generally better to buy a few extra in case of fluctuation in the value.

Have you recently ordered something? If so, it's possible the vendor mixed up your order - human error does occasionally happen.

Haha, your home country is applicable to where you need it delivered too. Personally I find my favorite stuff comes from the US & Canada; though it is rare I order abroad.
