This has been an incredibly busy week for staff. This weekend we will be releasing the following updates to the marketplace: - Buyers will have three days to dispute any current unfinalized orders. If the order is undisputed, the order will auto-finalize in three days. For new orders, the autofinalize time will be set to a new formula currently in discussion, which will be based on the vendor's estimated shipping time for the order's shipping method. - Security hardening has completed on the new support features. We apologize for the delay releasing this, but the issue could not be ignored. Launch details on the support interface will appear in a separate post this weekend. - The dispute center will allow for messaging between customer and vendor. The ability to suggest a resolution or to escalate the dispute to support staff will be launched in 3-5 days after this release once further testing is completed. We are not ready to commit to an exact release time, but all of these features will be deployed before Monday 12:00:00 UTC at latest. You will see a planned maintenance forum post at least four hours before the downtime. We do not expect the deploy to take more than three hours. Thank you for your patience, we only release features when they are secure. We realize that this philosophy often causes a collective high blood pressure within our community, but assure you that many of our lovely vendors offer fine remedies for hypertension.
