Title: Vendor That Is a Scammer ll PlanetExpress ll
Post by: BrotherFox on August 21, 2013, 05:22 pm
It is now clear to us all that PlanetExpress is a scammer. His link to his vendors page will be below.
He has put over 20 Listings of all different Drugs. And has asked every buyer to Finalize Early.
His pictures of the drugs have been taking from the internet. Beware before you buy.
He has stolen loads of Bit Coins even of Newbie's. Lets put a stop to his Silk Road account before more people get scammed.
A friend of mine ordered of him and waited 2 weeks and no sigh of the drugs. That was his first transaction on the road and has been put of because of one vendor.

BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER

Thanks Everyone: BrotherFox

hi hi

few things:

first of all NEVER FE!!!!!!!!!!!

NEVER
NEVER
NEVER!!!

second, if you feel the vendor is scamming you should *all* click the "report" button next to the vendor name so it elevates SR response to the matter.

third, if something looks "too good to be true" it probably is. with regards to things like this, it most certainly is too good to be true.   take it from me, no one in their right minds could or even would sell any of those items at the prices listed. they're well below bulk prices!! that should be a big red flag for anyone.

dont let greed cloud your judgement. if you were scammed by this vendor you have no one to blame but yourself for FEing and thinking you were getting a "super sweet deal"

oh, but you get some nice pretty bar graphs to look at while the vendor walks away with everyone's coins... yep. loving the new feedback system. totally saved everyone from an obvious scam *sarcasm*

stay safe, and stay smart people!

Even if in this vendor's discussion thread said, "DO NOT FE" buyers would still FE because posts in the discussion can be made by anyone and therefore have little credibility.

You know, at this point, it's not the SR admins or even PlanetExpress's fault for the absurdity happening with his very obvious FE scam. It's really not their fault. It's SOLELY the fault of the buyers who are CONTINUING to FE for his "half price pills" despite seeing nothing but pages and pages of FE, realizing that $15 for a 30mg pill is not possible ever, despite ignoring the multiple threads in the forum, despite reading the FEEDBACK that has been changed on that item from pissed off buyers who still haven't received...

How stupid can you be?!

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice.... ya know..

Damn that is a shame. Thought maybe sr finally had a good LSD supplier who could list it at under 500 a vial.
Shoulda known it was too good to be true!

Good looking out BrotherFox!!!! EXCELLENT!!

I love when we find scumbags and out them...and then they get shut down!!

Also ...big shout out to Libby(SR support) and whoever else is back there...They can not possibly find every dirtbag vendor...and they need the community's help to point them to these losers....and once again...they react fast and this account has been closed!!! They have become really good at responding to these threads and getting rid of the vendor fast.

As everyone has pointed out...it is really these buyers that FE that allow this to happen. It is always clear to me when looking at the vendor page, when a vendor pulls this, but for some reason a lot of the buyers do not see it. That is a shame.

People that are not vendors...would not believe what some buyers do...or should I say don't do. They do not read listings...then never go to vendor pages and read what is said there to help them. They just purchase. I can not even begin to tell you how many people do not read listings!!! And that is crazy. And I am not talking about someone that orders from me every week....I am talking about people that are brand new to me...they do not read the listings...they do not read the vendor pages...Crazy but true.

I love when we get rid of a scammer. FUCK THEM.

hi hi

the king once again speaks the truth. if i had a nickel for every buyer that clearly didnt read my listing, i could stop vending and retire.

and before you ask how i know they didnt read.... i have address formatting requirements and they are rarely ever followed. i have clearly stated on my profile and item listing that i am not responsible for address fuck-ups, as i copy and paste, but i'm waiting for the day some scumbag tries to shirk responsibility because they fucked up their own address. i will go full on PMS if that happens.

with regards to FE -- NEVER FE!  however, once again, crappy ole atlantis has come up with a novel little idea to "fix" the issue. established vendors that wish their buyers to FE (of which i will personally never ask anyone to FE, ever. never ever) instead of asking the buyer to finalize before they ship and the address info goes away... there is a button that the buyer can "FE" and the shipping info etc will REMAIN in the vendor queue with a little note saying the buyer FE'd

you may be wondering why that is important. well, as it turns out, if the vendor is receiving a huge influx of FE orders, that go beyond the normal amount they get, SR can be quickly alerted to this and put a stop to it, or monitor the situation closely. all without the need for community policing. since the FE button is actually part of the site.

granted, FE is still very frowned upon, but at least this way vendors who wish it for certain orders can still request it without feeling like an ass, and buyers can have the peace of mind that the automated system will flag as soon as a spike of FEs hit a vendor account.

just a thought.

@ msbliss - Ditto!
@ colorblack - Yup!

Good morning all! I'm not going to say it!  Not gonna do it!

OKAY! Lol!  :o Why do y'all FE? R ya retarded?  >:( (non-FE'ing buyers excepted!)I have been on The Road here since 2011! The only reason I have blown over ฿14,000 here is because of the 'Escrow' protection! In all that time and closing on 60 packages I have never lost a dime!

DON'T EVER FINALIZE PAYMENT BEFORE IT IS IN YOUR HOT GRUBBY LITTLE HANDS! Finalize immediately after it's there, but NOT BEFORE! God damnit all!

I have been asked to FE a dozen times and each time I said no thank you and took them off my list for life! They may have had the best what ever that ever will be, but what separates a recreational user of ANY drug and what is known better as a 'junkie' is that you don't act like one! Finalizing early is just weak and shows the vendor right from the get go - that you're a junkie and they treat you accordingly - eventually!

I ordered from PlanetExpress for my first time Saturday. The next day I got the ''we ask that you finalize for the shipped order early ....' bs and knew instantly that they just tied up my coins. 6 more days to resolution to get my coins back. Shrug? Better than loosing them!

You are never showing respect to a vendor by finalizing early.  You're fucking yourself and them! Escrow was and has been in place from the concept of Silk Road to protect you and the vendor. FE should be outlawed!

Sorry bout your losses - any/all of ya! But I have been preaching to NOT fall for that one for going on years now and still the pages of what ever thread you read are full of angry ripped off people that ignore advice from veteran buyers and Silk Road management!

I sorta give up ...    ???   .. but next time you feel like FE'ing for any stupid reason - just send your coins to me and than that way at least one of us will be happy!

Love ya!  :-*

Hey King.

Thanks. I now believe his Vendors account has been shut down and has no more listings. Sorry for all the newbies that was there first order and FE'd. I have never purchased of Planet but a friend of mine did :(. Beware with all the BTC he has scammed he could open a new Vendors account. So be careful. Please do not Finalize early for any one!

I have decent buyer stats.  But recently every vendor seems to want me to FE.  I took the plunge and the vendor came through.  The Same vendor asked me to do it again, but the product never came through. He did reimburse me so everything worked out.  Its nerve wracking when you FE and have no recourse.  Why do vendors ask for FE but get upset if you ask for tracking.  I just wonder what the big deal is about not supplying tracking. Could someone enlighten me?
total spent   $6,431.20
total vendors   18
refund rate   0%
auto-finalize rate   0%

Wow you have spent more than I have but a vendor has NEVER asked me to FE, even back when I was new. Maybe it's because I prefer dealing with vendors that encourage the escrow system.

If a vendor makes someone with your stats FE, they may as well say on their profile that EVERYONE that places an order must FE. In fact, are you sure that those vendors did not have a policy that everyone FE or FE for certain listings?

Edit: And as far as the taboo about providing tracking is concerned, a lot of vendors may be paranoid that buyers will access it through TOR and update the info every 10 minutes and raise suspicion.

Perfect example of why vendors do not like to give out tracking.....earlier this week in the shipping forum some buyer posted their express tracking number, bitching about it not being real or some such nonsense..by the time I saw the thread it had been deleted(the number) but a few members had tracked it and it was obviously a real number..

+1 Fred lint. It makes you wonder why the hell DPR hasn't done away with the F/E. What is the actual reason it's there? It would solve everything over night, and make scamming nearly impossible.
What vendor would disagree?

FE has a place under certain circumstances. If a buyer doesn't meet my purchasing guidelines, I give them the option to FE if they ordered anyway regardless of the warnings on my vendor page. This is a small number of transactions, but is an option we personally would like to see stay around for those that know how to use it legitimately. Escrow is fine, but when someone with NO buying stats grabs one of our listings for a QP, we should have the option to save our customer money by not refunding if they agree to FE(we hedge escrow). Just some food for thought guys..... Not everyone using FE is a scammer :/

Who in the blue hell want to buy a vendor account (350 euro -> 520 dollars) and scam some peeps for like 150 euros.. Its a shame. If you have a good product you can easily earn 1-3k euro every month. And if you go pro with peeps who helps you , you can easily earn 5k+
I just dont get it lol.
