So this is my first post out of the newbie boards finally. I just spent the end of it watching a thread develop accusing AstonMarteen of blackmailing a former customer. Long story short he is not doing so and has shown throughout the thread that he is committed to his customers. He seems very legit. Although I have never ordered from him I am willing to try after seeing his dedication to his work and his worry about his reputation. I just wanted this to be somewhere legit (not the newbie boards) in case people search his name. I'm not going to post the original thread because it turned out to be a bunch of rubbish..

Did you see his posts in the other thread? Even if hes not blackmailing its clear hes insane.

There is much more to the story. For example, he seems not to remember what he has posted on his own vendor profile, nor what feedback has been left.
There is *NO* message/feedback pertaining to ANY kind of "blackmai" or anything else of a sily message on my vendor page what so ever. Not even one. Go look yourself.
I expected more from Scout before demanding I explain something that doesn't exist on my vendor page. Will be a negative mark in your file, soldier. Check my page, and then come back and here apologize if said "message" is not on there. (Which it is most certainly not!)

Also, in his profile, he REPOSTS THE MESSAGE and claims that it was left by an angry ex-partner ... but he hasn't mentioned that at all in his posts in that thread. Why? I mean, if that were the case, it would certainly explain things thread ... so why no mention of it?
Look, whatever is going on, it isn't as simple as the OP of this thread makes it out to be.
OP, are you one of the many whom AstonMarteen sent 2 BTC for supporting him in that thread? Or perhaps you're posting this in hopes that he will extend that offer to you as well since he is currently sending 2 BTC to all who take his side?

Is that the going rate these days? If I'm going to start blindly defending an obvious lunatic.. I want more then 2 BTC. I think that's worth atleast 7-8 BTC.. especially to defend someone who seems to be Universal Soldier on bathsalts!!

Tell me if this picture sounds plausible: dude made rich from selling drugs wears camo, paints his face, and spends his days popping out from various shadowy locales to chase people down the street while yelling about wartime and the taste of uncooked meat and human jugulars .... all the while offering 2 BTC to anyone who will cheer for his bath-salt-inspired rampages.
colorblack -- I agree, and am not sure I'd want his BTC since they'd likely be dressed in girly outfits made of human skin.

OP- come on man. Please.. just.. re-read your post. With a straight face, can you really justify writing that without it looking/sounding absurd?
I agree with Scout there is more to whatever drama is going on. It's possible both parties of trying to get back at each other for deals that went south off-site. Frankly both don't sound too credible, and I'm certain both are bullshitting at least to some extent. But the fact of the matter is a vendor just can't be using personal info as a "weapon".. he will lose in the long run as he will either get banned or people will NEVER trust him. Which brings us to the fact that the Vegas dude must have been doing some off-site deal(s), which is not only stupid (as there's no paper trail of it on the main site), but RISKY as he is learning.
I've noticed that whenever people (vendor or buyer) try to circumvent the Silk Road system (escrow/documented transactions/resolution/etc), inevitably it blows up in their face and spills into the forums.. and they end up getting fucked in some way. Lesson to the newbies..
