Title: What happens if my due date extension request isn't responded to?
Post by: Thatone567 on September 29, 2013, 02:44 am
I have an order from Haizenberg that was about to auto-finalize and I still haven't received my product, so I went to the resolution center and tried to extend the date by 12 days. It gave me five days for him to agree to that, and he still hasn't. If the agreement isn't reached (I have until the 30th), what happens? Does it auto-finalize, or will an administrator extend the date for me, or do they automatically pick a resolution?

If it reaches that point an admin will decide what type of resolution you will receive.  It could be a refund or an extension of time.

Please take the time to read the SR wiki as well, there is detailed information on how resolutions are decided and how escrow works.
