my order is marked in transit but has not arrived yet. it will auto finalize in 2 days. i heard letting it auto finalize pisses vendors off and lowers your stats. should i just release the funds or resolve?
i dont want my stats to be be affected. it has been 2 weeks since being shipped and i expect it soon but not soon enough to finalize.
please help me out. im confused about all this.

Agreed. Send a message to the vendor as well and see if you can find out what happened to the package. They may have had tracking of their own with it.

First thing you need to do is click on where is says 'resolve' next to the order.
This will take the order into the resolution center and automatically add 5 days to finalization date. You should then propose and extension to allow time to figure out what is going on with your order.
