Title: Resolution expiring soon!

Okay, I placed an order with a vendor I've used many times.  He literally disappeared and hasn't logged in in weeks.  I hit resolve, and asked for a 100% refund. 

This morning I got a message saying my resolution will be expiring soon.  When it expires is my money gone? 

The message says I need to submit any resolutions or statements you would like Silk Road administrators to consider.  What does this mean, do I need to send a message to someone?

This is a large order it's over $1000, one of many I've placed with this vendor.  But he literally disappeared before sending my order. 

Please help me guys, I've been here forever and this is my first ever problem on SR.

Your money will still be in escrow, which is held by Silk Road.  You'll have an opportunity to state your case during resolution or propose a solution or an extension of time.   If the vendor hasn't logged in for awhile it should weigh heavier in your direction.

As cirrus said when the resolution period expires and SR admin will review your case.

Yeah, the vendor literally disappeared shortly after I placed my order, I sent a dozen messages, and he still hasn't logged back on.  I really enjoyed doing business with him, I really wish I knew what happened to him.

Anyway, thanks so much for the info.

It happens, I've had a few preferred vendors literally just vanish off SR.
