please please help me, i have put 4 bitcoins into my silkroad account yesterday and they havent showed up, iv`e searched the web for help and can`t find anything, please help me i actually feel like crying right now, why and what may this be?

ive been reading and it seems like i may have lost my bitcoin, i need to find out my wallet.dat file on silkroad to find it, how do i do that?

If it's been over 12 hours than send a message to SR Support.

yes its been nearly 24 hours now, ive checked blockchain and the money says its in my account but its not showing up on my silkroad account, how do i contact sr support? thankyou very much for your help its much appreciated

Other people are having this delay. I am starting to really worry and would like to see some response from staff. My message to customer support has been left unread for 5 hours now, is that usual? There is another tread or two, one here and one in newbie I believe. I am starting to really worry about this, wondering if I will see my coins. I have of course read about other recent delays being resolved in the forums, but I would like to see something happen now. Being new I do not really know how worried I should be, but I would like to see something from staff now soon. I certainly hope nothing more serious is going on.

ive shopped on sr for a while now but i`m new to this forum and i`m struggling to navigate my way around, please could you send me the link to sr support? also i`m glad its happend before and been resolved because i have been really worried and frustrated, thanks for replying mate

Hi! In the right hand corner you have a "support" link that you click, under "Step 4" there is a link that makes a pm to support. I did not know if it helps or not, I presume now that everyone may be having this problem, but I wanted to make them aware that I do have it. My message have been unread for 5:30 hours now.
Man I just cant wait to hear something about this situation now, I need to be reassured that its going to be ok. I also have vendors that I need to contact and I hope I can make my trades in time. I'll take a nap and get back to look for updates in a while, all one can do is hope for the best I guess, and certainly that nothing serious has happened.

Please refer to the FAQ sticky thread at the top of this board for instructions on how to contact SR support.
Here are step by step instructions as well:
Log into your market site SR account, in the bottom right-hand corner you will see where is says "Support", click on that and it will take you to a page with some advice and further instructions. On that page underneath all the text you will see it will says "Contact customer support".
Click there and you will be taken through to where you will be able to submit a customer support ticket.
