I understand the new feedback system, don't agree with some of it but that is life. What I don't understand is getting no feedback from using the reporting tool and the information gathered by it seeming being ignored? I have just had my two vendors in a row try to run a scam on me, unfortunately the pages of negative reviews didn't start filtering in until after a lot of us had placed orders some FE others still escrow, again that is life but why are vendors that are obviously running a scam allowed to remain in business on SR? If you take a look at http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/silkroad/discussion/user/f0c0b76a7d you can see that the guy has taken a lot of people for a ride and has been reported for the scam multiple times by quite a few different people but is still up and running...why?
I also noticed that if you go to the reviews (at at least on my end) it opens to the sort by Weight Option of the reviews, which for this vendor are great but once you refresh the reviews using the Freshness Option all the negative reviews filter in...this seems to be a flaw in the review section that this individual is exploiting.

The messaging system is not the method to report scamming to the staff. You should report it through SR support on the main site. I'll forward a message to them as well. I'll take a look at the refresh problem you're referring to as well. Thanks

I guess that is part of my problem is that the complaints are being ignored when using the report tool on the main page. I appreciate you forwarding my concerns but have little hopes of it doing any more good than when I or any of the others reported it. :'(

Well no, flagging a message on the discussion portion of the site is NOT the same as scrolling to the bottom and clicking "SR Support" and sending them a message. A ticket is entered and someone who can actually help out is notified. The discussion posts are monitored for content but are mainly a mechanism for alerts and discussions amongst the community. Does that make sense?
