Title: Problem to create a topic

Good evening I am French thus to sadden for the translation.
I would want to create a comment on the forum but in fact the new topic button do not seem on the forum he(it) appear that in the column(section) support(medium) can use me svp thank you in advance cordially

You need 50 posts or more to post in any other forum than here and the newbie forum.
