Title: resolution centre- please help

Hi,

I have been having issues with the vendor here. I gave him a chance twice, package never arrived. he promised to fully refund me. I sent my resolution- 100% refund (my item supposed to be tracked ) and yestareday the claim was under the view- probably the vendor didint accept it.today i got a message from the vendor in the resolution centre - " please extend" - 5 days with the button to accept it . As i wont accept it because im really fed up with this guy what can i do? How my money would be returned to me? it is still saying- case under the view .... How can say and to whom that I wont accept this extension??? I desperately need my money back . Do I have to submit new resolution?

You can send a separate message on the main site to SR Support -- they can address your concerns and hopefully help.  But if it's just about you needing the money back and isn't about receiving the package anymore you're probably not going to get a full refund.

Thank you Cirrus for your reply. But what about special circumstances? I have been waiting for a month already.Vendor doesnt respond sometimes. He keeps saying the same thing- I promise i shipped. But I paid for a special delivery, he wont say what is happening just empty words for a month. He promised to refund and now he extends .... WTF? how can I deal with the situation Like this? In this case he can extend continously .... and I have nothing to say... what about evidences that support my claim? it must be the way
