A verbal agreement was not something you would honor you said, you could break that any time you wanted.

They're only an avenue for scammers to operate and If we want to survive, prosper and defeat the war on drugs then we need to foster a community of trust and people turning their personal reputation into a commodity to us flies in the face of this trust. ( I think even your original DPR might have agreed on that )

SCAM CONFIRMED....In my mind.
Ok so I had my doubts about this guy but figured I would give it a shot and went ahead to buy his account through escrow as is advised by SR staff.
Purchased the listing and suggested to the seller a method where we could transfer the account without any risk to either party.
Here is the message I sent
"Ok so this is the way forum mod outlines we can do this without any risk to either party is as follows.
1. You first setup a sub account with full permissions to withdraw funds for yourself. remember when logging into a sub account you would still use the username "PharmaKing" and the password is the new one you designated for the sub account
2. You then send me the password for the main PharmaKing account which I can verify works and can change the password but most importantly you don't send me the pin number so the account is still useless to me and I can withdraw or make any transactions
3. I finalize the order and you then withdraw the funds using the sub account.
4. Then you send me the pin so I have now got my full access and I then delete the no longer needed sub-account.
This way there is no risk to either of us.

After that to my surprise pharmaking said this is not safe as I can do a pin reset, I explained how you have to wait 72 hours and if he was still unsure about this method he should send a message to vendor support saying he is transferring ownership and not to allow any pin rest be sent.
the problem is that once you have my password...you can change the pin..I know I have done this..I forgot my pin and after 72 hours was able to rest it...
the only way I can do this is if you release the funds and hen I give you the keys to the account...
Ok so I make another simple request to the vendor to make me a sub-account with read only access so I can audit the account to make sure he has not been trying to sell this to anybody else at the same time as me and that what they say about no sales and bond being in place is true.
Vendor doesn't respond and says that vendor support advised them not to give me the password before I finalize and that he doesn't need to sell it anyway.
look it doesn't matter...vendor support informed me I can't do FE anyway...not enough sales...
their advice is not to trust you will pay after you receive the keys...
I am working wholesale business now so it doesn't matter...I will eat the $500
I have a couple of friends on SR who will sell the account for me...using FE of course...if you want to go that route be my guest...
nothing personal...but I can't hand over a $500 account on your word alone...
At this point he refunds my order and I'm out $10 escrow payment... FML
Mods I would consider auditing this account as while I cant prove anything it's very suspicious how the guy declined my simple request for read only access to the account before handing over $350

I wonder how he is able to sell the account now if mods have told him he is unable to do FE due to "not enough sales..." as he has said himself

AGREE 100%... We recall being approached by a vendor wiho had 300+ sales and 4.8 or maybe even 5.0 as feedback. They said they wrere selling the accoutn for megabucks, but we thought that ti was messed up so we contacted SR Support anyway. .They siditwas all within the rules, so there was nothing they could do. Well sure enough, we saw that particular vendor name befcoem really active shortly after we were approached they had some giant 'Finalize Early NOW and get the HOOK UP!!!!" type sale. Seems lots of opeople fell forr that one....
Amd as far as recovering the valu fromthe bond, i thnik that you sould leave it up to SR to determine wht to do. You turn in your vendor card, they tend of story. Selling vendor account sis super nasty
