Title: Problem with missing vendor.

hi

here is the short story. in the middle of spring I started to buy weed from some guy from Mexico. I've made an order, then couple more and so on. At some point this guy disappeared for a couple weeks, but later showed up again and everything was good. I live in Eastern Europe and post office in my country working very slowly. First letter was 5 weeks on the road, so I didn't worried if there were some delays. Naturally I was forced to finalize early coz there was no chance it'll come in 17 days.
In the beginning of summer I've ordered 3 oz and guy disappeared again. There were no weed and no answer from him during the month. But in the begining of  July he showed up again, said he is sorry and promised send everything he should. So I decided to order 4 more oz. And left for a vacation for a month.

When I came back there were no weed and no answer for my last 5 messages. 5 weeks has gone and as far as I understand I won't see my weed. 
If it was about 1 oz I'd probably just forget about it, but 7 oz is too much for me, especially considering most of money wasn't mine.

So here's the question: is there anything I can do to get back my money, or weed, or at least part of it?

With orders that are already finalized the answer is no.  Only thing you can do is post about them here and modify your feedback to reflect the results of the transaction.
