i ordered 8/28, wednesday daytime. In his profile he says I ship every week Monday and Thursday if you place by this time blah blah
So I made sure to place before then! Well he did not ship it....
he emailed me 8/30, Friday night:
"Hey, thank you for your order. I do apologize but I thought I would be up front and let you know that your order will not ship til Saturday because I am so behind on orders right now. Look for a message from me on Saturday to touch base, let you know if there are any issues (incorrect address, etc) and let you know about your order. Thank you for baring with me, I will add some extra to your package for being so patient.
KO"
I replyed "Okay, that sucks, but whatever, thanks for the extras and look forward to seeing it shipped on saturday."
I log in on saturday... see a new message from him:
""Thanks for your order. I kindly ask that you finalize early so that I can get my coins cashed out earlier with the volatility of the btc market right now. I will throw in a bunch of goodies for you to sample also. Your order is good to go as soon as soon as you finalize."
HAHAHAHA! Bullshit. I never FE!! I know of the risks of doing so and refuse to take them.
I've shopped here a lot. I have amazing stats. I never ONCE had a problem in the slightest. So go fuck yourself KO if you think I'm going to FE with you when you didn't mention that requirement in your first message, NOR your item listings, NOR your seller profile .. all of which I read carefully when deciding to place an order with you!!
He had marked it as "in transit" at that time I read his second message requesting FE. According to the faq, must I wait 10 days until the "resolve" link becomes clickable??? Is there any other way to get him to cancel the order and refund me (without it affecting my stats!!!!)
I was considering contacting SR admin through the contact link but they said post here first.

I agree this guy looks like a huge FE scammer. Tons of listings in every category, incredibly low prices that don't make sense, and most reviews are FE. Has been this way for at least a week iirc. Hopefully the mods pick up on it soon and stop the madness.

I'm pretty sure I reported this vendor the other day, will chase it up again now - if nobody FE it would be good!

Anyone that reads this, especially those that have already placed an order (FE or not), go to his user page here:

and then click REPORT. Then type in that box that he is an FE scammer, likely known previously as planetexpress.
If we get a lot of reports in .... all of our bitcoin might come back sooner because admin will probably cancel his orders/ban him (again). Its obvious he is doing this to many people.

:-\ I'm totally a newbie and let my excitement blind my judgement. If he is a scammer, and gets removed, will i receive my bits back? or am I just fucked for being a total dumbass and am out 400$? cuz thats what I paid. God damn it, i hate it when people can't just be real and feel the need to take advantage of people. I'm going to be extra cautious for now on.

I also placed a large order with KetamineOcean and am hoping to have the issue resolved and my bitcoins back before the 10 day wait to click the resolve button. Some Administrator should review these cases and cancel the orders because he is clearly an FE scammer (his reviews, which are all for samples and FE'd almost never showed up) KO has inconvenienced many SilkRoad users and should be punished accordingly for violating the ethos of this site.

your screwed man, never FE....once you click finalize you are saying you are received your products that were order and the staff cannot help you...NEVER FE and spread the word apparently we need to start doing that.....you wanna trust someone you never met with your money in hopes they return well have fun cause you will lose...but damn there has been some serious scamming going on over the past few weeks damn its ashame

I have been using the road for some time and never had an issue. Until now; at first as others have posted i had two successfully transaction for samples so i figured i would not need to do much research on this piece of trash. I placed my order Friday night and got a message

So i did like a fool is there anyway the Admins will look at all these people who got scammed? Im not so much worried about getting my BTC back but this individual doing this over and over again im sure he will hit Black Market and Atlantis as well

Admins do not investigate finalized orders.
When you FE that's your coins gone, irretrievable.

I ordered under PlanetExpress name. Didn't FE although asked to. Can't get to his page and can't get to KetamineOcean page either. Just message area so can't report.

You wait for the resolution process to work through its process. If there's input from the vendor you will more than likely receive the full refund.

Please also read the SR wiki on how resolutions are decided etc, it will stand you in good stead for any potential future issues you may encounter.
