Title: resolution centre expires/ confusion what to do
Post by: neuronirvana on August 30, 2013, 06:40 pm
Hi :)
I have taken the case to the resolution centre. I clicked resolve button and than proposed extension - 7 days on both orders- however next to each order it shows  that order is due in 2 days.... and on the other day: due extension: 7 days. Today I got a message :
"One of your resolutions will be expiring soon. Please make any last efforts to reach an agreement, and be sure to submit any resolutions or statements you would like Silk Road administrators to consider"
What does it mean? I didint get any message from the vendor or admin.Does it mean that after 17 days for autofinalazing that expires in 2 days it will be automaticly extended? Please help. I dont want my money to be realesed to this guy

When the timer runs out, the resolution you proposed will go to the SR staff, which will likely accept your request for a 7 day extension, since your vendor evidently hasn't.

No worries yet.

^This.  You have the opportunity to argue any of your concerns to vendor support - they'll then weigh all sides and make a determination.
