Title: Possible to cancel while order is processing before the time limit ?

Basically what the title says, placed an order (domestic) 2 days ago through a vendor who claims packages are sent out same day, with numerous reviews claiming to have received next day delivery.

Over 48 hours has past and the order is still sat processing. I was banking on the fact that I would have received my order by now or latest tomorrow, if it arrives any later than that I am not able to pick it up and obviously consequences could result due to this.

Nothing against the vendor whatsoever, I'm sure he must be busy / have a backlog something like that. Just wondering If there is a way my order can be cancelled so I can place it another time.

If the vendor hasn't marked it in transit on the 4th day you will be able to cancel it. Before that, only the vendor can.

Ok thanks, I'll try and sort things out with the vendor.

The 4 day window still applies for the vendor to ship it, and they are the only ones who can cancel it before that.
