We are a Vendor called SpiritDoor!
Both Yesterday and Today we have received orders for items we DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE LISTED!
We have not had them listed anytime recently, either. How is this possible???
Is there a serious system flaw, or admins fucking around with Vendor accounts??.
What's going om? This wastes a lot of our time and pisses off customers....FIX IT!

Don't just stealth a listing. Set the quantity to zero and that will fix it.
If a buyer copies the URL to the listing that is merely stealthed, they will be able to buy it unless the quantity is 0.

Thanks but thats not the problem! We never STEALTH our listings...they are all always set to 0 quantity when we are out of stock. .
We've had 2 orders today for items that have been 0 quantity for weeks!
Something is seriously wrong......Vendor Support doesn't answer for 2 days now....
Anyone have any ideas??? Because of the utterly stupid "50 post" rules, i cannot post anywhere else about this problem. We are not newbies, we just don't use the Forum much. Can anyone explain??

First off Vendor support has replied to all messages so you should have received a response. But, you can always cancel an order because you're out of stock. You may want to remove the listings you're out of for the time being, but passing along the message to Vendor support is really your only option to have this looked at.
Also as a vendor you should have a link to your vendor account on the main site in your signature of your forum profile.

Is it possible you or one of your customers cancelled an order? If so the quantity available on that listing will +1 automatically.
