I ordered 1gr speed, when i got the envelope i finalized, a bit later i saw that it was definetly no speed (test a week later confirmed that) now the vendor tells me for more than a week that he will send new good speed, now he is saying before the weekend.. is he a scammer or should i be patient?
What should i do?

All you can do is adjust your feedback to tell what happened, or the vendor discussion ..since you finalized there is nothing more that can be done as far as any support via admin is going to be concerned. Also consider posting in the rumor mill forum, if there is an existing thread about the vendor, post there, or start one.

ppanth's response is correct. You always have the option of modifying your feedback and posting a message about the vendor.
