Stay away from this seller !
He sold me useless information what I can get for free on internet, as I gave him a negative feedback he push me to change otherwise he will not help me, I changed it and no help from him and he knowed that I can not change the feedback again.
He wrote: aldog25 4.9 The feedback is not changed so i can not help you sorry. Please change feedback and them pm me any question you have and i will do my best to help you.
This seller is scam ! It seams he push all buyer to get positive feedback only !
I want my bitcoin back or a solution from this seller !

You can change your feedback as many times as you like unless that option has recently changed.
If you are seeking assistance with the transaction you would need to take it in the resolution center, if the order has already been finalized though SR support will be unable to help you I'm afraid.

You can change your feedback as many times as you like unless that option has recently changed.
If you are seeking assistance with the transaction you would need to take it in the resolution center, if the order has already been finalized though SR support will be unable to help you I'm afraid.
You can no longer change your feedback as of today. The best option the OP has now is to post on his vendor discussion page and warn others.

Thanks for this information, I wrote in discuss already and report it, but until now no response. The order has already been finalized from myself, he told me I must do it otherwise I can not get my order !
With Newbies is very easy to betray them, and this make me very upset, and to say he sell a information that sharcash.org, pay for downloads, we all know filehoster pay for downloads, and I should upload a stolen youtube video from youtube and link to sharecash !
Thats what this guy sell ! Nothing special nothing secret, and I ask him to provide me his youtube link to check it maybe I do something wrong, but he answer his youtube vids are top secret !

Just look at his listings. If he could "make $50 a day on autopilot" and "make $3,000 a month online" and knew how to do magic then why would he be selling this garbage information for $20 to $50 a pop on Silk Road?

Yes I reported this vendor to SR admins, but no response from them until now.
At least I expected some special information, because its not on the normally internet, I didn`t expect that in SR I trap also in a fraud action !
Maybe too naive from my side, but I know not all seller here are scam, some really do business on a honest way, and the black sheep have to go out.
If SR tolreate such kind then the quality of SR also go down. IMO !

You purchase everything on the market at your own risk, and ultimately YOU take responsibility for the items you may or may not receive. The staff doesn't guarantee any order but they try their best to remove scammers. There are plenty of worthwhile vendors on SR that you can buy from. I suggest you do a little bit more research next time and maybe lower your expectations of buying from an anonymous market. This isn't Walmart for gods sakes.

I can not see anything that the staff remove anything from this vendor- NO THE OPPOSITE is happen the staff remove my post on discuss !
What I expect from a anonymous market is not to get betrayed ! Maybe naive but I was believing that this is not happened on SR- this vendor is very happy and feel very safe with his fake selling on SR and since 2 weeks I report this guy but SR DON`T ACT -So what you will tell me now- such like your fault to buy something on SR ?
What a pitty in this case the Quality of SR going down.

SR support respond to all customer support tickets, send them another one chasing up your original one, you should at least get a response even if I suspect you won't like what they have to say.

Sorry but do you really believe what you wrote ? I report this seller already more as 10 times and no response from SR ! Take a look here and read how much complain about scam vendors or sellers - What is happened -NOTHING!

Log into your market site SR account, in the bottom right-hand corner you will see where is says "Support", click on that and it will take you to a page with some advice and further instructions. On that page underneath all the text you will see it will says "Contact customer support".
Click there and you will be taken through to where you will be able to submit a customer support ticket.

THE ANSWER TOTALLY FAILED !
I wrote exactly about the Scam seller and got as answer:
"Unfortunately, once the order is finalized the payment is released to the vendor and is no longer in escrow. "
DID SR SUPPORT REALLY READ OR ONLY CLICK ON A PREPARED ANSWER !
UNFORTUNATELY THIS ALL IS UNBELIEVABLE HOW THIS CASES ARE HANDLED ON SR ! WITH THIS WAY SR WILL ALSO GOING DOWN, SPECIALLY WHEN ANOTHER PAGE COME UP.

why did you finalize if you weren't happy ?
and what do you expect SR to do ? You have the product, vendor has BTC.. hows its fair for SR to be out of pocket ?
I am curious though.. what was the info you bought ?
I recently bought some documents from SR. the seller didn't mention they were from literally 25 years ago and totally useless.. Like the phone number on the document was from the late 1980's when we had 1 less digit in our phone numbers. Lucky I had my big boy pants on and got over it :)

BUT THE ANSWER FRO SR is at least on one point the buyer is fault on his cases ,the vendor in SR can sell fake stuff, useless information - as like this information on his item that filehoster pay for downloads ! I did not consider to get such info in SR !
What I request was that this vendor refund the bitcoin and SR are helping in this way ! BUT ......... nothing only bullshit bla bla bla.
I am totally upset and very disappointed about this, of course I will survive it - no problem But such kind will kill at least SR - IMO

I have some serious advice for you Thumbs201301.... NEVER watch paid programming! You will be ordering everything you see and be very upset when you receive the "products." Paid programming often sells the same type of shit. ;D

You have a choice in front of you now thumbs201301, you can either remain angry and pissed off with how you perceive others have let you down or you can look at this experience as a learning opportunity and take something positive from it. You got scammed, downright dirty scammed and SR didn't fix it. Bottom line is SR will never help you with a finalized order, ever. You got the copy and paste response, what did you expect? SR admins get loads of support tickets from people wanting to get their finalized coins back but it is not possible, once the coins are released to the recipient they are gone.
You won't like me saying this but try and hear the message, you chose to finalize, you made that decision all by yourself, sure the vendor put pressure on you saying you had to but you didn't, you could just have easily said no and if you had done that you wouldn't have been scammed and SR admins could of helped you.
Escrow is there for a reason, if you want the protection of SR then use it and do not FE and you will avoid another situation like this one.

Actually, the vendors forums don't concern me...i am more so concerned with making good clients ...customers mean more to me that being in the vendors forum....in fact...keep my bond :) TRUST..FRIENDSHP...& HONOR those are the things that i like to have on my side :)
I may talk alot and spew some profanities...but my customers know that i love them...i respect them and i listen to them...my customers are my friends..my customers are my family..i am as loyal to them as they are to me...you can take that to the bank my Friend ;)

I know it was learning by doing, but anyway SR is silent and protect such fucking vendors ! (here I use this famous word too) What the hell is this for quality on SR ? IT´s up to SR to split such vendors from the really good one, but it seams no interest - important is that SR get the money !
Thats a shame- so good luck with this fucking sellers on SR !
