I ordered on the 13. from this guy.
Got marked in transit on 19.
on 20. an update on his vendor page: in transit has nothing to mean, he's gonna message buyers when pack will be dispatched...
On 22. an update about his private life... still not sending...
today (24.) nothing happened no message no package...
I want to cancel via support... he claims he will message when package is out... I want my money back before he claims to have send the package and I'll be sitting there with 50%...
On his vendor page he wrote that he does not do anything on the weekends
please SR take care of a worried customer...
I write here because tickets are supposed to be only used when absolutely necessary.

You should name the vendor to warn others.
Re your order at this stage the vendor is the only person who can cancel, if you continue to have issues then take the order into resolution when you are able and state your case there. You can only get assistance for this via the market site, you need to submit a customer support ticket detailing what has happened.

You should put it in resolution mode once available as well to make sure it doesn't auto-finalize.

He's had nearly perfect feedback so I released the money early on an order... basically at his mercy, been like 2 days and still no tracking number yet.
I have faith this seller's gonna be legit, so I'll let you all know when I hear any update.

vendor wrote on monday a message that he will dispatch the package the next days... In resolution center since yesterday, nothing showed up until now (5 days since monday, domestic).

is he still on SR?? maybe in stealth, but he no longer shows up for me--glad i just canceled my order yesterday after 4 days of no updates.

He is in stealth since he beginning of the week. Took out his listings today... not responding in resolution center, not answering messages...

Keep contact with SR support and you should get your money back. I would also stop messaging the vendor - you don't know if the account has been compromised.

Same here, so maybe it can help if i write it up.
Ordered on 16th, marked as sent on 20th but no tracking number received. No stuff in my mailbox either. No news from the seller, and the message i sent him is still marked as unread. I didn't FE so i went into resolution asking for a refund.
Will tell if something evolves.

Same problem here with an domestic order (large amount of speed paste) more than 3 weeks old. Marked in transit on the 20th, but no delivery or messages answered. In resolution center since Saturday ...

I just found your listing for MDMA and I have been looking for a reliably cheap vendor. I also read your terms, much like I do with any other vendor. If one is ordering outside of the European union, why is it that you require early finalization? Also I notice for your refund, you only offer a forty percent refund on tracked products, which is dangerous to track products -- especially considering items checked from a TOR client are flagged suspicious. Just in case you were wondering, I am not speaking on my behalf but more so your clients' behalves, as they may be losing product and that may be costing you money.
I was curious that if I were to start purchasing from you, if it would be possible to waive the early finalization term. I have over fifteen transactions, over 8 bitcoins spent (4.2 of which were spent during bitcoin's peak at 240$/coin), and no refund or auto finalization percentage. I have had one reshipment from a vendor who claimed to be locally in the united states; however, he was shipping from Canada. I order from a vendor in Czech Republic, but your prices are about 10$ (30%) less than his, even though he offers free shipping so I would really like to check your product out and purchase a sample gram. I'm always weary of early finalization and I ask for my vendors to trust in me to finalize in time and I put my trust in vendors to deliver a superb and timely product. I tried and will keep trying to keep a perfect transaction history for this reason.

What kind of stats would you prefer to waive an early finalization? I understand there is no time for nonsense which is why I dedicate my time to prevent the nonsense in manners such as communicating with the vendor, checking my mail every day especially when I have an order in transit, and finalizing as soon as I receive the package, even if I haven't consumed said product. As for the advice, I love helping out the community because it only makes us all stronger. And also, when I was referring to a sample, I meant I was planning on PURCHASING a gram now and if I liked it I would purchase your greater listings (5 Grams) later. I don't ask for free samples, and the only time I get a free sample is when I professionally review something or the vendor has a listing for a free sample with the buyer paying the shipping cost.
Nonetheless, as I said please get back to me as I would love to purchase a one gram sample from you, but as I mentioned earlier in the previous message, I am always weary of early finalization.

We understand the risk for the customers if a Vendor rips them off.
But we aren't here present on Silk Road to bullshit our customers.

Needless to say I didn't order from him. People try to steal any kind of money (even as low as 5$) and now, when you FE, you can't change your feedback so if you give them a 5/5 and they chose to scam that money from you, you leave them a 5/5 feedback and some money! I think they call that positive reinforcement in psychology?

Well, it's good he is contacting people now. Let whatever orders are in resolution-mode play out and for those who are not in resolution just wait to see if he responds.

I send him a message yesterday, no answer yet.

Haven't got anything yet, but since vendor didn't show up and didn't react to my resolution proposal, i imagine my 100% refund will be accepted. Maybe i didn't understand something and DPR will have his part taken.
End of resolution is in 20h now, i will keep updated.

26-8 i receive a message from tonicwater, saying my order was shipped same day, and he gave me a Tracking number.
The traking number never worked, and I wrote to tonicwater asking for my order, he never answered.
I received my order 2-9, and the envelope had a sticker, with a traking number, that is the same that he gave me, and i never could see.
And the stamp, says that my order was shipped really the 26-8.
I don't know, i think that this seller only hasn't got time for send all orders.
But i don't think nothing bad about him,
I hope that all receive your orders.

Looks like you had some luck with that, but nobody except you got tracking number.

yes i had to pay 7 (dollars or euros) for that. (orders without tracking don't have right to refund or reship if order missed)
and i just see that the traking code only says the receive date.
And i'm thinking, that for send my order 10 days after i did it, he sends me exactly 25g...

In no reaction of the vendor, i was refund 100% and my stats did not even suffer from it (the case where the seller does not reply at all is planned in the rules of resolution center).
Anarchy works ! Not sure it would have been as easy to get my money back on eBay ! Thanks Silkroad and Resolution Center :)

mmmm, same story here. But I am outside eu so I had to FE... didn´t reply my last message asking if he had ship my order or not. I didn´t left feedback yet, and he is on stealth mode right now. I will wait the month and after I will leave the feedback acordingly
