Hi. I was making my first purchase -- just deposited bitcoins today -- and, perhaps before it went through, I was automatically logged out and now am unable to log back in. It just says, "Login failed, please try again," over and over. The password is correct, the username is correct, the CAPTCHA is correct. I'm not sure what to do.

Have you happened to have recently opened an account on Atlantis using the same credentials as your SR account by any chance?

Nope. My SR login is completely unique to SR.

Was the captcha only 3 characters?

No, it was the normal length. Six or seven characters I'd say.

Delete the TBB from your computer completely and download the latest version extracting it into a new folder. If that doesn't fix it you will have to create a new temp account and follow the instructions for a pass phrase reset, please refer to the sticky at the top of this board.

No, it didn't. But I contacted SR Support and hopefully I can reset my password and regain my account.
I suspect I was hacked. I'd taken virtually every precaution, so it's curious. Hm.
