Title: Account Hacked

Hi there,
My account has been hacked and the password changed in the last 12 hours.
I am pretty sure I know what has happened I tried to login to an Atlantis link and I stupidly have the same credentials for SR.
I have contacted support, I just wanted some advise as to my chances of getting my account back?

you probablywont be able to get it back. if you ever lose your sr password they say you need to create a new account,.

sucks this happened to you,hope something works out

I guess you are meaning passcode or what ever it is called.

Here is my thread in Customer support which was answered promptly. Such a shame that support were not as quick to actually read my messages.

You should be able to get it back so long as you can verify the account in ways that satisfy customer support.  Although, I wouldn't be surprised if you lost any bitcoins in your account.
