Title: Error message when starting new account

Tried to start a fresh new account to make purchases with, I can log onto my old account fine. However I keep getting error when registering a new one. I tried deleting TBB and reinstalling, nothing changed. Just looking to start a new account as the pin is lost on my other one.

What's the error message?  And are you sure you're using the url silkroadvb5piz3r.onion?

I am having the same problem. Please help. Every time i try to create an account i just get "sorry, an error was encountered. We could not process your request"

That is what it literally what it says. Ive been trying for hours now not sure what is wrong.

I even tried on my desktop and had to update to v12 of TBB. Still same problem. Maybe after the maintenance we will be able to log in? Rlly want to put these bitcoins up and have my first purchase.
