Title: Cannot login

I can't seem to login to my main account. Username: bucklez

My friend using my computer is fine... can someone have a look a this? I have just sent coins to the account :(

For starters you shouldn't be sending coins into an account you haven't tried logging into yet, but since you cannot access it you will need to create a new account and send a message to SR Support (http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/messages/send_message/104259).  You'll need to verify some aspects of your previous account like possibly how many bitcoins you just sent and from what address.

The account is long time account, i was using it fine and it kicked me out and now i cant get back in... i was waiting on coins to clear.

My friends account I used to send the message to SR Support now doesn't work either.

Was the account you lost access to hacked/phished? or have you not had a response from support yet? and not can't read it anyway I'm guessing.

Maybe your computer is compromised, check it for malware, rootkits etc

my original account is; bucklez - i used a friends account to message SR Support 'upatree' - now I can't access both.

I have made another account to send a message again.

I am using a Mac and it is all clean.


I'm more worried about getting the coins from bucklez.

Normally not but if the coins were sent to another SR account and are still there then the admins can help yes, get back onto support and inform them that you are claiming the withdrawal was not authorized and have them investigate, if your claims hold up they may be able to retrieve your coins for you.
