Hi
My account was recently hacked by means of the Atlantis scam that is currently targeting Silk Road. Now every time that a person Finalizes, the coins are diverted to someone elses wallet, and there is no description in the transaction field to indicated where they have gone.
Have contacted SR admin as i am able to change the Password to access my account, but cannot change the pin to stop the coins from being diverted, Have contacted SR support but have yet to hear back from them.
To date I have:
1. Formatted my Hard disk and reinstalled all programs
2. Am logging in from a different PC;
3. Have changed my account password; and
4. Have dropped all listings to zero.
Any advice on what else i should do, and how can i get SR support to assist in resetting my vendor PIN. To date my losses are minimal, but they are mounting and i need to get this sorted asap.
Cheers

You can enter in five false pins to have it automatically reset.

whats the Atlantis scam? i'm getting scared lol

There are people trying to get SR users to click on a bad link for Atlantis in hopes that they have the same login credentials. Those credentials then could be used to take all the bitcoins out of their SR accounts.
Bottom line, don't click on any unknown links and/or enter in your account information.

Also, remember/learn that your PIN is just another password. It should be very long, random, and most of all unique.
