Title: Any news about High Carts?
Post by: jjirain on August 13, 2013, 12:52 pm
Does anyone know how I can get in touch with High Carts? I have an order from him which hasn't arrived yet, sent him a msg which he hasn't responded to, and it's only 5 days now till auto-finalize. I'm a newbie here at the road, and I don't want to press the resolve button just yet, but it's been 13 days since it was marked in transit, and nothing yet. The order is to Brazil, I don't know if there is a possibility the shit was seized by customs, or it's just that delivery takes awhile to get to South America. It's NBOme so I suppose it's usually easier to get through. Anyone have any advice for me? Should I just press the resolve button and assume I got screwed, or wait a little longer? This dude had a great track record according to the reviews, but I guess he's not even checking his msgs anymore. He's got a tormail adress, but that seems down too.

I would give it a few days but make sure to put it in resolution mode before it auto-finalizes.

It usually takes between 10 to 20 working days from EU to Brazil, but could take up to 30/40 days.
Before the order autofinalises, can ask the vendor to extend the finalise date for another week or so and wait a bit longer before you start worrying about being scammed. Be patient.
If you used a reputable vendor, you should be fine.
